Analogy for Visibility

My analogy for visibility is the game Pictionary, in which someone is given a word and draws a picture to describe it while others guess at what the word is.  In other words, players are given a visual image and asked to give it form.  In the game, imagination is used as an instrument of knowledge.  Pictionary requires the use of imagination to synthesize a written word from an often-vague drawing.
